Meet Erika Oregel and Helton Souza.

The story started in 2020 when they decided to buy a 2001 Gillig Low-Flor bus. They tore it down to the frame, designed every corner with intention, and rebuilt it into the rolling home they always dreamed of. It holds their tools, creativity, and stories.

Helton Souza is a Computer Engineer and Co-Founder of Labdoor. He loves building things, solving problems, and hitting the road on his motorcycle. 

Erika Oregel is a Creative Content Director working in finance by day and an artist at heart. She loves capturing moments through photography and making videos that turn everyday life into stories. 

They have both been living full-time on the Cappella Bus for the past 8 months, exploring new places, learning new things, and proving that home is wherever you’re willing to build it.
